If you meet the eligibility requirements below, the property management team of your new community will be reaching out to you to let you know that you've earned a move-in bonus. In addition, as soon as the management team notifies Resident Ambassador that you've earned a move-in bonus, Resident Ambassador will send you an email confirmation.
To be eligible to earn a move in bonus from chatting with a resident on Resident Ambassador, you must follow these steps in the order:
- Send a message to a current resident of an apartment community on Resident Ambassador, and the resident must thoughtfully respond.
- Submit a lease application to live at the community;
- Execute a full term lease (typically 12 months or more);
- Move into the community as a full time resident.
Please note, eligible move-in bonuses are paid out by the apartment community, not Resident Ambassador, and are typically paid out 30-90 days following your move-in date. Rewards offers are valid for a limited time and are subject to change. Restrictions apply.
