Resident Ambassador respects your privacy and the conversations that you have with prospective renters are your private, one-on-one conversations. Resident Ambassador doesn't share conversation transcripts with property managers without asking for each party's permission.
Resident Ambassador does use AI machine learning technology to monitor conversations for appropriate behavior. We also aggregate the conversation data and analyze it for sentiment, which we then anonymize and provide to Property Managers.
