Resident Ambassador does not share your full name, contact information, or unit number with those you message on the platform. If you sign up as a resident ambassador for your community, only your first name, the profile/residency attributes (for example "1 Bedroom"), the likes and interests you select, and profile picture (if you choose to include one) is shared with potential new neighbors. You do have the option to include a profile picture when creating your Resident Ambassador profile, but a profile picture is not required. However, we do recommend that you include a profile picture to add that personal touch.
Resident Ambassador will never share your phone number with other users that you message on Resident Ambassador. All text messages sent through the Resident Ambassador platform are sent via masked SMS Text Message (phone numbers are not shared).
Resident Ambassador’s mission is to be an open and friendly community—not a place for negativity or bashing. If you ever feel uncomfortable messaging with someone on Resident Ambassador, do not hesitate to block or report the user.
