Your full name, contact information, or unit number is not shared with those you message on the platform. If you sign up and message a resident ambassador of an apartment community that you're interested in, only your first name and profile picture (if you choose to include one) is shared with the current resident that you message.
You do have the option to include a profile picture when creating your profile, but a profile picture is not required. However, we do recommend that you include a profile picture to add that personal touch.
We will never share your phone number with other users that you message. All text messages are sent via masked SMS text messaging technology.
Our mission is to be an open and friendly community—not a place for negativity or bashing. If you ever feel uncomfortable messaging with someone, do not hesitate to block or report the user.
