Your status as a resident ambassador of your community may have been removed for any one of the following reasons:
- We encourage responsiveness on Rentgrata to be in a timely manner. If in three consecutive instances you do not respond to a message from a prospect within 24 hours, your active status as a resident of your community will be removed from your Rentgrata profile and you will no longer appear on your property’s Rentgrata Messenger resident list. If you'd like for your residency to become active once more, log in to your account and agree to our terms of responsiveness to move forward.
- The "Lease End" date on your Rentgrata profile has passed. If you are still a current resident of the community, you can update the Lease End date on your Rentgrata profile to become an active resident ambassador again. Please note, if your lease end date is within 90 days of today's date, you will not be able to sing up as a resident for your community. To update the lease end date, please:
-
- Please navigate to rentgrata.com and sign in.
- Click on your profile image icon at the top of the page and go to Account Settings.
- In the left side menu, go to Edit Residence.
- On the screen that appears, update your Lease End Date.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Residence.
-
- The Onsite team of your community and Rentgrata have the right to remove your residency status from a community or to deactivate your account at any time and for any reason. Residency status can be removed or your account can be deactivated due to negative or inappropriate behavior, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, or simply because you are not a current resident of the community of which you've signed up.
