Rentgrata does not have direct insight into when a prospective renter with whom you've messaged has signed a lease or has moved into the community. We are unable to provide this information with absolute certainty at any given time. Once the Onsite team of your community lets Rentgrata know that the prospective renter has moved into the community, we are able to let you know and you should receive an email from us.
Regarding rewards, eligible rewards are paid out by the apartment community, not Rentgrata, and typically done so 30-90 days following the new resident's move-in date. Please be aware that restrictions may apply. These rewards are subject to change and availability. Rewards may become ineligible due to a number of factors, some of which are:
- The new resident applies to live at the property prior to starting their conversation with you.
- The new resident uses a third party broker or locator during their apartment search process.
- The new resident signs a lease for fewer than 12 months.
- The new resident moves out of the community prior to having lived there for at least 90 days.
